The Overnight Coffee Challenge campaign was a brilliant promotion for a 100+ year old company, looking to prove that their products really work.
Here’s how it went down: Genuine Thermos® Brand invited consumers to win the chance to literally “wake up and smell the coffee.” The brand shipped coffee overnight to door steps across the country in a Stainless King Beverage Bottle to prove that it retains heat for 24 hours. And people woke up to a hot cup of joe!
They identified Klout Perks as a new opportunity channel because the brand was seeking new and exciting ways to further connect with influencers that were interested in coffee and Genuine Thermos® Brand products.
By leveraging Klout Perks, Genuine Thermos® Brand was able to identify coffee influencers who have large, active audiences on social media. The Klout Perks campaign activated those influencers to drive their social fans and followers to the Overnight Coffee Challenge sweepstakes, which generated incredible engagement and even more excitement to the campaign. In fact, the Klout Perks campaign received more than 62MM total impressions from roughly 6,700 pieces of social media content.
